The automated passenger information system provides riders the necessary tools to use the public service and plan ahead their time with the easy to use online route planner and estimated time of arrival of the public vehicles.
TSO Public Transportation provides turnkey automated passenger information systems, designed to bring real-time information to transit passengers with access to different easy-to-use tools. Some of these tools are installed automated passenger information systems that display the estimated time of arrival and real-time vehicle capacity status using the automated passenger counting.
TSO Mobile provides interactive easy-to-navigate maps with information that includes street traffic, closest stop from the user’s location, closest points of interest, and many more all accessed from TSO’s public interactive web portal. Passengers can access this information in various different ways:

- Mobile anywhere web access: see where the bus is at anytime directly from your mobile phone (such as PDA, smartPhone, iPhone and cell phones).
- Mobile AnyWhere with text message: Direct access system (SMS-DAS), let’s you know the estimated time of arrival to a stop of the next bus of a specific route.
- Solar Powered InfoStop Signs: passengers get the most updated information while conserving the environment with solar powered signs.
- Automated Voice Information System (AVIS): From any phone anywhere, passengers will get information on buses routes, estimated times of arrivals to stops, create routes to estimate needed times and even get help directly from a member of the transit system department.
