All units ordered are programmed, activated and tested before shipping is done. GPS Tracking devices operate on wireless networks providing data services. The GPS devices are shipped active. This means that the service will be charged in full as long as the customer remains active even while the units are not installed.
Customers that decide not to install their devices can request to place them in a "dormant" state. Units in "dormant" state will be charge at a basic rate of $7.00/month, to cover the minimum charges to keep Sim Cards activated. (After 90 days of inactivity, units are automatically placed in “Dormant” state and monthly service charges are reduced to $7).
Units in “dormant state”, will need, once the units are installed, notify TSO to awake the "dormant" units, and at that point the unit will be charged at full rate. Customer can opt to inactivate units that will remain uninstalled. When units are inactivated, there will not be monthly charges applied to the unit. In the case of deactivated units, there will be a Re-Activation fee of $25 per unit. Once the units are installed and activated, full rate will apply. After the initial 60 days Trial period which begins the day the units are shipped, a 12 months Service Subscription is required.
2. LIMITED WARRANTY.
TSO Mobile warrants the original purchaser that for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, the product shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Within the 60 days trial, the purchaser can opt topurchase maximum of two (2) additional years of warranty (See Prices below)

During the warranty period, TSO Mobile shall, at its option, repair or replace any defective product upon return of the product to its facilities, at no charge for our labor and materials. Any replacement and/or repaired parts are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer. Please notify TSO Mobile in writing about defects in material or workman-ship. Notice should be received in all events prior to expiration of the warranty period.
3. OUT OF WARRANTY REPAIRS.
TSO Mobile will at its option repair or replace out-of-warranty products which are returned to its factory according to the following conditions:
Anyone returning goods to TSO Mobile must first obtain an authorization number (RMA).
TSO Mobile will not accept any shipment for which prior authorization has not been obtained.
Products which TSO Mobile determines to be repairable will be repaired and returned. A set fee of $59.99 which TSO Mobile has predetermined and which may be revised from time to time, will be charged for each out of warranty unit repaired. Paid out of warranty repairs include a 90 days warranty.
Products which TSO Mobile determines not to be repairable can be replaced by the nearest equivalent product available at that time. The current market price of the replacement product will be offered for each replacement unit.

TSO MOBILE RETURN POLICY
Product Return
• The customer must request a return for refund within 7 days of receiving the item. No refunds after 7 days. An RMA must be requested and issued prior to the return of any product.
• No refund will be given on a product that has been opened or used.
• The customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee on all accepted returns for refund.
• TSO Mobile reserves the right to refuse a refund if it appears the product has been damaged.
• All return(s) must have the original packaging and accessories.
Product Exchange
• Exchanging a product. There is a $25 exchange fee for the exchange of any product. An RMA must be issued prior to the exchange of any product. Exchanges will not be accepted without an RMA number written on the outside of the box.
RMA Process
• To request a RMA number, call customer service at 1-877-406-3584 and request an RMA ticket. Please explain the reason for your return request.
• No RMA numbers will be issued without a signed RMA return request. Print and sign the RMA Form and fax it to 1-305-500-9132. Upon approval, an RMA authorization number will be emailed to the customer.
• Each return MUST have an RMA number, the "Return Merchandise Authorization" number. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box before returning any product.
• One RMA number can only be issued per device. If the customer has different items, then an RMA number will need to be requested for each item.
ProcessingTimeline
• Returns and refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Under Warranty product exchange
• Defective and non-operational GPS tracking devices that are under warranty will be repaired or replaced with a working GPS at no cost to the customer if the product is still within the warranty period. GPS tracking devices have a 1 year manufacturer's warranty.
• TSO Mobile will either exchange the device or provide a loaner device to the customer during the repair.
Returns shipping costs and insurance
• The shipping fee is non-refundable for returns. Buyer is always responsible for return shipping costs and insurance, and TSO Mobile will not reimburse any customer return shipping costs.
• When returning product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. The customer is responsible for insuring the returned item. TSO Mobile will not be responsible for any loss or damage in shipping from the customer.
Damaged products & discrepancies
• Customer must inform TSO Mobile of any order discrepancy within 72 hours of the delivery date. Physical damage to any product will void the product's warranty and the RMA Policy. Damaged product will be replaced upon return.
Installation: Installations invoiced by TSO Mobile, and performed by a 3rd party under TSO Mobile’s collaboration and supervision, are warrant for a period of 90 days. TSO Mobile will oversee every aspect of the installation phase. An installation schedule that minimizes fleet disruption and the number of vehicles off-line will be established.
Support: The proposed solution offers a support plan that includes free and unlimited over the phone hardware and software support and also provides over-the-air problem diagnosis. Within the 90 days installation warranty, hardware replacements and onsite service will be provided by a combination of local support, corporate support and product support mechanisms. During standard business hours, local support will be available through telephone and/or e-mail communications.
The support process for the Garmin Navigation Devices provides over-the-phone problem diagnosis. Should there be a need to replace a hardware component due to defect or other cause; hardware replacement shall be arranged with Garmin during regular business hours.
